I was called in the early afternoon and set up an interview for the same day. When I walked into the recruiting center I was met by a recruiter who then got the Store Manager. One on one interview with the store manager. Asked basic questions about history and how I've handled situations. Also asked if convicted of a crime or have I ever been arrested. No to both of those. Referred to District Manager who advised that the corporate recruiter will contact me to schedule another interview with him. Update*** After 3 weeks haven't heard back from this company. I guess they aren't looking for tenure, experience and dedication from a high caliber contributor. Not even a no thank you email.

Phone screen was relatively easy. had second interview with senior Director and district Manager.Was surprised at how laid back the process was. Felt comfortable with process and received an offer within two days.
