I was called on the phone, and an interview was scheduled for two days from the call. I was greeted by a very nice young woman, handed her my resume. Then another very nice young woman came in to guide me to an office, where we sat and talked for awhile. She asked me some very challenging questions. The same day I was directed to an event location to observe, and be interviewed by a different person.
