Entretien
I was invited to a 1 on 1 interview at my university's career center after sending my resume to them through the career services website. Interview lasted about 30 min with pretty standard questions. They followed up a couple weeks later with a plant/site visit invitation. They flew me out and the day consisted of several interviews with potential co-workers/staff along with lunch. Didn't receive any feedback from that particular site but was invited to visit another plant after a couple weeks and was flown out and went through essentially the same day of interviews and lunch.

Honestly, can't remember any question that I found particularly difficult or unexpected.
Lunch interview at local restaurant. Very casual, the interview was not scripted, asked a lot about past experience, likes, dislikes in the workplace. Overall very laid back and friendly process.

Entretien
The interview process consists of two interviews, one phone interview and one behavioral interview. They bring you on-site for the behavioral interview and serve you with breakfast. The behavioral interview questions are typical "Tell me a time when...." type questions. They ghosted me after the interview.

Entretien
A university recruiter from Oxychem contacted me and helped set up a phone screen with the site location's HR department. The phone screen lasted 15 minutes and the HR manager did not give me any opportunities to ask questions or ask for their contact addresses. I managed to contact the HR manager two weeks after and was told that they would get back to me soon. I still have not heard back from that HR department to this day.
