J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ocado Group (Hatfield, East of England, England) en nov. 2019
Entretien
I completed a test and video interview online and was invited to one of their assessment centres. It was a half day in Hatfield, and consisted of three tasks. All candidates were asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation before hand on a topic of their choice. This formed the first task, participants had to deliver this to a panel of two, and then were asked questions by the panel, both about the presentation and competency based. After this, was a group exercise involving lego. Participants were given a brief by a client to design a warehouse according to a specification, within a 40 minute deadline working as part of group. The third task, involved a group pitch, to a landlord convincing them to let Ocado rent their warehouse instead of other businesses. Lovely organisation and building, however I think they need to standardise the interview aspect of the assessment day, so everyone is asked the same questions. I was unfairly asked, where else I applied, and which of the three companies I named would I rather work for, and if I was in an interview for that company and they asked who I would rather work for, what would I say. This is not a fair question, putting candidates on the spot, not to mention the fact that nobody else in my group was asked that question! Apart from that friendly employees, great working culture, lots of benefits.
