- Unstructured and Clueless. - HR and hiring team kept changing the hiring process, initially was told that the process consists of 3 tech + 1 culture fit round with each being a elimination round but then was made to take 5 Tech + 1 culture fit round. - and as usual the HR ghosted without any feedbacks even after all these rounds.
