First I applied online. Then I received a phone call and was asked questions over the phone. Next I went in for an in person with the Health Services Director and then a few days later they called me back and I had a second interview with the Executive Director and then I was sent to get fingerprinted and then I had to get a TB test, a drug test and a physical. Once I passed everything, I was hired and started my 40 hours of training.

Basically no interview besides a very short conversation. Director just called me and asked if I was interested, and that was it. Take this as a red flag; there's a reason why such a company is that desperate for employees and hires so quickly.
