Entretien
From the very first interaction, the process felt professional and personal. I wasn't expecting the mix of level industry knowledge with a genuine interest in people. She took the time to understand who I was beyond a CV. The approach was structured, caring. OakNorth is fortunate to have someone like that representing to prospective talent. I didn't get offered as I missed a couple of technical questions.
