I was hired through a temporary agency. I was given tests for accounting knowledge and spoke with a recruiter at the agency. I was sent to a facility to take a drug test and then to the plant to see the office manager. After speaking with him only a short time, I was handed over to another temp for training on the job I was to do. Training lasted only a day. There was very little interview for the job.
