An Assessment day which was held in Manchester. All at your own cost and you were there until they eliminated you. We were asked to a presentation of our choice... some of the topics by potential candidates were more like they were doing stand up comedy... strangely these were the ones that got offers. If you got through to an interview the questions were ridiculous

The rounds were mostly CV based. Be confident and smart. Show them intent to work. Ask your questions at end if you have any.
