The interview was in-person. I was tasked to get interviewed by say, a person X. I waited for more than half an hour and then out of the blue, some bloke comes and asks for the roles allocated. When I spoke up, he said to come with him. When we were safely ensconced in a room, I inquired if he is person X. He said no. I was disappointed with their professional misconduct then and there. Since he was not aware of my profile, he simply brushed aside my resume that I was asked to print. Then, he went on to ask about my work in general and gave me 2 case study questions. I answered them adequately and made quite an impression. However, I did not show my anger and faked a smile throughout the interview. When the feedback came, I immediately declined their offer. I refuse to work for a company that does not conduct an interview with a senior person with respect. There are other interviews lined up and I hope to be a proud non-OYO employee!
