There were 3 telephonic rounds followed by 1 face to face round followed by 1 HR round.
The whole process was fast paced and was completed within 2 weeks. All the interviews were taken by mid-senior level employees (Business Development Managers and State Head)

- Why I wanted to leave current job?
- Did I understand the business model of OYO?
- What were my expectations from the role and from company?
- Some situational questions to understand problem solving skills and attitude towards handling a situation.
Easy approach but technical questions. Direct report know what they are looking for and does not only ask on the book questions but more in depth on the objectives to know you more.

The recruiter was very friendly and helpful in describing the job.
They don't have their act together when it comes to benefits, not much clarity.
It went much worse when meeting with the Manger who looked like he was in his PJs while I was dressed professionally. After the interview, he said that he will get back with me which never happened. I was ghosted, I even emailed the recruiter and she never replied. I am glad I never hired with this company.

Primeiro um recrutador entrou em contato comigo, depois a empresa deu sequencia ao processo. Fiz quatro entrevistas com gerentes da empresa. Me passaram um estudo de caso para analisar, pois o processo seria uma simulação de venda.
