Generally, General Manager interviewed me by asking my previous working experience. Most of the time i was talking about my university life. Why choose this company etc. Besides that, why do you think you fit our company? The GM no expression at all, just keep type and asked question.
I've been through 3 interviews and they didn't give me an answer. Still waiting for the feedback. The group dynamic was pretty easy, it was to pretend that you were organizing an event about a new product. And the interviews, the first one was with 3 managers and the last one with just one.

1 interview, in person. Directly with the team manager. Did not know what role I was interviewing for. So interview was generic - about the company, about me. Thats all.

Entretien
There was a GD round then PI process. They asked an introduction without anything mentioned on the resume. It was more like a fast processed discussion where many subjects of civil engineering were covered. Most questions were asked from what was mentioned in resume.
