Detailed with many levels. I did interviews with my boss and my boss boss. Many rounds to ensure I understood the role and it’s responsibility . Overall good outcome and followup

Entretien
1st with recruiter. Solid questions and great interview and communication.
2nd with hiring manager. Decent interview. Nothing out of the ordinary. Asked typical questions for the role.
Asked to complete a project. This is where I feel the process was handled with complete unprofessional and rude behavior. First, the project itself was beyond poorly written. It was missing elements and was very unclear. I reached out for clarity and received a basic, unhelpful response. Because of its ambiguity, I went above and beyond to complete the assignment. Probably providing much more detail than was needed, but when the expectations were not clearly written and lack of details... what is one to expect? I understand if my work was not the best out of all candidates, but at least provide feedback to the person when they go through many hours to complete an assignment. The panel interview - it was clear - their decision was already made not to move forward. Upon following up, I was completely ghosted. That is rude! When someone takes a great deal of time and puts forth a lot of effort to do a project, at least respond! A canned email weeks later is just unprofessional. Personally, I would never take a position at Otis after being treated so poorly.
