-first was the HR round which was quit nice, it was a typical Hr round. -Next was technical round- interviewer was a Software Tester nt TL nt senior nt manager bt a tester. I am an experienced tester but the questions where not at all experience related they were purely bookish questions which is suitable to hire a fresher. She only wanted to hear what answers she had in her head. Suggestion- when hiring a little experienced person kindly make sure the interviewer is more experienced than the candidate & has sound knowledge. Ask about the experience in current & previous company take a immd test to verify the knowledge of the person.
