The process was they reached out to me and set up an interview within a week. The interview was completely based on a Competency-based interview framework. It is very unnatural and stilted, but if you learn how to do one (watch Youtube tutorials) it should be fine.

very difficult, sometimes not related with the job description, with interviewers not familiar with the position, did not receive an offer unfortunately, fair, not satisfactory, collision, community rights, human rights, language rights
