Online Application,Online Test, Interview. I had to wait a while almost a month or 2 before I got an email requiring o to the online test. They were quite accommodating as I live in Australia

Questions behavioural based, how would you act if this person did this or you were in situation. There was also some functional questions related to the job itself in terms of booking reservations. Mostly behavioural.

Entretien
The interview process was notably smooth and considerate. Upon arrival, I was offered water, pen, and paper, which helped create a comfortable environment. Additionally, they allocated ample time for me to think through my responses, ensuring I could present my thoughts and qualifications effectively. This thoughtful approach made the experience less stressful and more engaging.
