When applying, I had a member of the talent team email me within the first couple of weeks asking for an initial brief telephone conversation. This was to find out a little bit of a background information about myself and if I would be a good fit for the role. I was then asked to come in for a first interview with the Marketing Manager, this consisted of a half hour chat, some experience and scenario based questions, as well as a little activity.
I heard back within the next couple of days and was requested in for a final interview, where I was given pre-set questions and had to report back in presentation format in front of a panel. I heard back again within a couple of days.
