I had a skype interview with a lady from their human resources department in France.
It was an executive role for one of their subsidiaries in Africa. She had already her mind made up about not hiring me from the start, even though I already had more responsibilities in my experience. Her only concern was I managed less people in the past. Which I thought think is a non sense.
It is like asking a future CEO to have a mandatory previous CEO experience...
