Long and clunky. I had to attend many stages, some were rearranged. They asked me to submit a strategy presentation which I did and then went and delivered it. They kept me after the presentation for hours asking me all the details and they they kept my slides. I was then told that the role no longer existed. Very poor experience and I was not the only one this happened to,

Long - felt like it was a strategy mining process. Asked for my deck to be sent up front. The interview was three hours which was overkill and they didn't provide much time for me ask anything. It was very weird and one sided.
