A senior staff call you for interview. Talk only for 20 minutes. You fill up an application form. But the senior staff that interviews you is not the person you will work with.

The interview was right on time. The session was straightforward and fun, you could express your personality well. Although they didn't tell you you got a software test beforehand in the email, everything went well.

Quick and efficient. HR replied back a day after I submitted my application, requesting for an interview. I had to fill up a form (standard procedure).
My case was different because I didn't even have an interview; I was overseas at that point, and the director who was supposed to interview me was busy. I was then told to email a statement describing myself and the work I do, and when I could start work.
An offer followed promptly after my statement.
