As I was returning to OTIE following the closure of Sullivan, I was contacted by past colleagues to assist on current projects. We agreed that I would assist the current Corp. Safety and Health Manager and report to him as well as assist and report to various projects managers as project needs dictate.

Negotiated on an hourly rate and start date that met both of our time frames. Agreed on the timing of submitting for a drug screen test at the local clinic in order to start ASAP.
