The recruiter sent an email just when then meeting was about to start that she will be late 15mins and if it was okay. I said yes and the recruiter never showed up and just ghosted me. English was at low level during comms. Highly unprofessional overall. Very disrespectful. Says everything about their culture. I wouldn’t won’t to work with such mindset.
