This is the most unprofessional interview process I have ever seen in my life. They sent me an email in the afternoon stating that my interview has been scheduled the next morning at 8 AM without even asking for my schedule or availability. I obliged, but let them know that the interview would have to be finished on time so that I can make it to work. No response. The video interview was set to be done on Google Hangout, and the interviewer is 20 minutes late. I asked to have the interview rescheduled as I can no longer finish the interview on time, and the interviewer agreed to reschedule the interview to the next day at 2 PM. Not only did the interviewer not call or pickup, but has not even responded back with an explanation. I'm not sure if this is a byproduct of the overall company culture or just the unprofessional behavior of one employee, but no one should work for a company that can't respect or value another person's time.
