Overall a good experience and not to mtch time. Cut to the chase and helpful to make sure both needs will be met before proceeding. Seems like a reflection of the company as a whole. Follow up was prompt and responsive times with responses

I went through all the stages. I did not get the offer. I am walking away feeling so positive from the whole experience. Whoever got the offer, MASSIVE congratulations!! The current market in Vancouver and the gaming industry is incredibly tough and the candidate experience has certainly suffered greatly... From personal experience, Offworld Industries is a shining example of what a fair, respectful and enjoyable candidate experience should be!! After application, there was a 3 stage process (HR screening call, Technical Interview and Cultural Interview).

I cannot remember the exact questions but they were centered around competencies of Project Management and People Management.

Entretien
Organized, well executed and good follow up. Interviewer was a recuter however seemed fairly knowledgeable in the field and the needs for the role. Process was pleasentand left the interview not wondering anything.
