This is a total scam. Do not waste your time applying. I had thought I was applying to a marketing role and the job description even had marketing duties. While the interviewer was speaking with me, it was actually the kind of job where you go out and sell their products and you are paid based on merit. It is also a management trainee program. I understand there’s people out there interested in sales and management but they don’t have to make up fake job posts to lure candidates in.

Reviewer, We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us. First, we would like to say that we will of course look into the job description for the role you applied to in order to see how we can clarify it further to avoid confusion. Furthermore, when it comes to marketing there are many forms so it is very easy to think it may be a certain form of marketing even if the description did not describe that. If this were the case we encourage you and all applicants to do plenty of research prior to interviewing and ask questions and we will do our part on our end to offer as much clarity as we can in this regard as well. We do represent clients and conduct sales on their behalf. However, our pay is not based solely on merit we do offer a guaranteed base salary and bonuses and incentives as well thus the role is not strict commission as implied in your review above. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best of luck on your search.
