Previous review was removed. Process was slow and painful. Wanted scripts written in real-time during the interview to solve issues they were having. Seems to me like they just wanted free work.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez O'Reilly Auto Parts en févr. 2018
Entretien
Had a call with an IT Recruiter. He was very nice, and asked general questions about my work experience with some high level questions about what technologies I'm familiar with. He seemed impressed with my answers, said I had the right kind of mindset and attitude that they were looking for, and that he would set up a call with a department manager and send a technical assessment no later than the end of the week.
The following day he emailed saying they were not moving forward with the application.
I thanked the recruiter for his time, and two days later he emailed back asking if I would be interested in a different dev team that we had not previously discussed. I said yes, and two days later another HR person sat with me on the phone while I completed a 30 minute technical assessment. The test consisted of completing at least three programming questions, followed by a fourth if there was time remaining. She watched me type on her end, and I would let her know when I was finished and ready for the next problem. I completed three questions with 100% accuracy, and was told that the dev team would review my assessment and go from there.
One week later she emailed saying they were not moving forward with the application. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
