Down to earth. Very easy going a little humor here and there to break the ice. I dressed casual as I noticed the dress code is laid back yet professional.

Number called me multiple times and left me no voicemail. I finally picked up and he had the nerve to tell me he tried calling multiple times. I said, ok? So why didn’t you leave a voicemail? Didn’t reply to that and completely ignored my question. He sent me a reference link to complete which I didn’t get to fill out, the district manager called one of my co workers he know to ask about me which I thought was completely unprofessional. Mind you I never formally had an interview yet, and you are calling my coworkers that you know to ask about me. That put a very uncomfortable work environment for me to do that without asking me, let alone he was not on my referral list nor was going to be on it if I completed it. I then withdrew the application because they just left a bad taste in my mouth. I did call to explain my frustrations on what they did that wasn’t right. He seemed not to care at all. I received another phone call the next day, again no voicemail. I returned the call and manager for the location said he had to cancel the interview due to conflicting schedule. I said to him I withdrew from application and I had no idea there was an interview even set up for me. They have zero clue on how to recruit and manage. The whole process was a complete turn off and glad I dodged this job opening.
The interview was somewhat informal first was at a Panera, the second was at a diner. The interviewer did not have a preprepared list of questions but did have a notebook.
