J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nuvalence en sept. 2022
Entretien
Meeting with initial recruiter was great and she explained the process and more about the company.
After that there was a 45 minute technical interview with a couple of their engineers. During the interview one of the interviewers looked very distracted, looked at his watch while I was answering, and you could tell was not very engaged.
The questions seemed simple and I felt I answered them pretty well but was ultimately rejected.
The interviewers were young and had only been with the company 1 year so not sure what exactly they were looking for.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Nuvalence (Toronto, ON) en avr. 2022
Entretien
There were multiple rounds of interviews and the process took a long time. Seems like just another shady consulting company that provides staff augmentation to clients. Some of the interviewers were unprofessional, and kept interrupting me when I was trying to speak. After investing more than 15 hours in the interview process, they did not bother to get back to me for weeks. Overall it was quite a negative experience. I would think twice before dealing with this company.
