Three rounds, with members from various levels of the marketing team. The first round was with HR. The second was three zoom calls. The last round was an in-person 1-on-1 with the person who would become my supervisor if I were hired, and required an activity to be completed and presented during the interview. I was told I wasn't experienced enough for the role after the final round, and that my suggestions from the activity were not the path they were looking to follow with their current marketing plan (although they actually did end up pursuing a strategy that mirrored at least one of my suggestions from what I've seen). I was offered a lower level role, which ended up being rescinded due to the pandemic hiring freeze.
