I was asked to implement a complete Library Management System using gRPC as part of the assessment process. Despite investing significant time and effort to design and build the project end-to-end, I ultimately received only a generic rejection email with no constructive feedback. The entire process felt questionable. It appeared as though the assignment was designed to collect well-structured implementations and best-practice designs that could potentially be reused in their own projects, rather than fairly evaluating candidates. I would advise others to be cautious before committing substantial time to such assignments.
