There were a few steps to the interview process including phone screening, phone interview, online assessment, in person interview with case study presentation. The case study was prepared to present to a "client" with a specific business issue. Raw data was provided and a presentation with recommendations was delivered. The presentation was to a panel both in person and on the phone in my case.

You will be required to take a personality and IQ test. If you do not pass, you will not make it into the interview process. While this is harsh it weeds out those likely to be less successful.
