We did pose a question about working after hours. As we are an architectural lighting design practice, members of the team are required to attend mock-ups on site. Given that the medium that we work with is light, it is difficult to do this during standard working hours. Darkness is our friend, so this is an inevitable part of our role. However, each member of our team is encouraged to take a half-day on a Friday (subject to deadlines). We believe that offering this weekly half-day in lieu helps to offset after hours work commitments. If you would like to discuss this further, we’d be delighted to arrange another chat.
