The process was very easy for me as being a lifeguard before they asked scenario-based questions and how I dealt with emergency situations. This helped me land the position I was applying for.

It was alright, a typical interview. Nothing too fancy as all they want was a NPLQ certificate, the rest really didn't matter. They were impressed with all my CPD certificate says a personal trainer. But never really offered me anything extra or valued it.

Responded to an advert I saw online. I sent my CV and a cover letter. Received a call inviting me to interview the following week. On the day of the interview I was shown around the facilities and was given the opportunity to ask any questions I had. I then had an interview with another interviewer who asked about my knowledge of the company, why I wanted to work there and also about my previous experience. Received a job offer two hours after the interview finished.
