Nuance recruiter connected with me for the opportunity. This was followed by a phone chat with the Sr Director. This was followed by a on site interview. The interview was conducted by a panel of three. Lots of situational questions on leadership, working with other site development managers and execution. Also on Agile Scrum. Never heard from them after that :(
