After applying was called by the internal recruiter for the initial phone screen. Pretty standard . Was then scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Again, straightforward questions about my background and approach to process work. I was given ample opportunity to ask questions and got thoughtful replies. Was then scheduled for a video interview - drove 3 three hours to a company site. Interviewed again with the recruiter, hiring manager then the hiring manager's VP. About 3.5 hours in total, At the end I was told they wanted to come to company HQ to interview with the EVP and would contact me inside of 2 weeks to set the date. Three weeks elapsed, heard nothing. Sent the recruiter a request for an update and received a terse reply that they were not going forward with me and wished me "the best of luck". No explanation. Was disappointed but feel that if this is indicative of how they treat people then I may have dodged a bullet.
