Best thing to do is be selfish and talk as much as you possibly can. They pick up on self-motivation and enthusiasm for the task at hand, so make sure to drink a cup of coffee or psych yourself up for the interview. The group interview is helpful because it helps you to gauge what the employer is looking for; take note in order to help with the one on one interview.
