Two interviews, one with HR the other with hiring manager, great flow and friendly. They start of with an ice breaker and the ask you tell me a bit about yourself. Be prepared for competency questions. And they will go through your CV

I had a call with the HR Director which went very well and was offered a face to face interview for the following day. This was about 1 hour in their fantastic offices in Swindon with the COO and HR Director. The interview was competancy-based questions and I felt it went very well. Was told of the next steps and feedback at the end was very positive. I never heard a word back from them. I chased via LinkedIn, email and phone call/voicemails but was never contacted again. Extremely poor process, just basic courtesy to at least drop an email when I have taken the time to prepare for and attend a face to face interview, especially at such short notice.
