I have applied online, then received a follow-up email to schedule an intro call. After the very friendly call, I was invited for an on-site meeting and had a pleasant 45min chat with current design lead and one of the designers. They promised to reach out soon, so after a week I received an email asking to share my availability for another call. There weren't any kind of feedback on previously held interview or further steps. After I shared my availability the same day, there was no response for a week so wrote them again, asking for the feedback, on which they replied, asking me again to schedule a call / share my availability. After doing so again, I haven't heard from them ever since. So overall experience started very positive, and ended very unprofessional and like complete waste of time.
