Long and not transparent. The process began 3.5 months ago, 7 rounds of interviews and a presentation and now they ghost me with no responses to my emails. All interviews were held on zoom. An exhaustive amount of effort was put into each interview preparation and some interviews were at 6AM because of time zone differences, AND then I got ghosted. It is hard to understand why people would be excited to work here if this is how they treat their potential employees.
