I was given dates for both an HR interview and a hiring manager interview. I attended the HR interview as scheduled and prepared thoroughly for the second interview. On the day of the second interview, I waited for over 30 minutes, but no one joined the meeting. This lack of professionalism was disappointing.
I immediately emailed the recruiter about the situation but received no response. The next day, I contacted HR by phone and explained what happened. They assured me they would reply immediately, but I heard nothing. After sending another detailed email, I still have not received any response from HR or the recruiter.
I am very disappointed with their unprofessional behaviour. If I am not selected, I would appreciate being informed, but ignoring my emails is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company.
