Was a lengthy interview process (4 interviews +) a friend told me they had already selected a candidate when i was going to my 3rd and 4th interviews.The interview process started with HR then moved to the former EA in the role (moved into an HR role), then with HR director, then with the CEO's EA, then with the hiring manager herself.
