Entretien
I started with a phone interview with a recruiter. I then proceeded to a face to face interview with the hiring manager. I then had a second face to face interview with another district manager in the area. I then had the opportunity to spend a day in the field with a future colleague. I was then flown to Atlanta, to interview with the regional director for the division. At that point, all of the interview process was completed. Within a week, I received a call from the recruiter with an offer which I accepted. I then received a phone call from the hiring manager. I was officially hired.
There is a role play during the interview. You better to read the clinical studies and understand the product before the interview.
They asked what will you do when facing various senecios or challenges.
Easy 2 step process. First interview is 45 min long. Two senior managers and one HR. Mostly behavioral questions requiring STAR responces. Second interview with Head of HR and Head of Unit. 30 min long. Short screen on CV, how will you cntribute to the position.

Hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to. Asked common pharma interview questions like 30 60 90. Discussed career progression which I thought was unique. Conversation lasted about an hour although my background was not a perfect fit for this drug class
