Initially received one call from HR followed by invitation for personal interview. Taken 2 months to get the call. Initially aptitude test was done and then interviewed by group of panel. General questions were used with drug research on focus.

Entretien
It was three step process. First step being written test, which tested aptitude and relevant pharma knowledge. Second step was technical interview. I was interviewed by 2 senior managers and hiring team lead. It mostly was about my experience in pharmacovigilance and daily duties and responsibilities of job I performed as an intern in the same company. Final round was HR, it was nominal, compensation discussion, company benefits and possible start date. It was a transparent and a nice experience.
