I applied online on their website and appeared for a phone interview. At the end of the interview, I was told that I will get the feedback in one week but even after two months no feedback came. I tried to reach the HR several times through emails and phone calls but couldn't get it. I assumed that they don't want to proceed further with me and stopped chasing them. I am a bit disappointed with this behavior because I was thinking that Novartis recruitment process will be mature and very professional. As I had put my time and effort for the interview process, I was expecting a better treatment.
