Entretien
I was scheduled for the interview through a recruiting firm. There was some mistake in that I showed up for the interview on a Tuesday and was told at Reception that my meeting was not until the next day. The recruiter to this day doesn't seem to know how that happened. It was highly annoying, as I lost an entire afternoon... not to mention the stress of preparing, dressing, and driving to the interview. I decided to take the high road and be gracious and forgiving. Really? What other choice is there?

Describe a difficult personal relationship situation you encountered on the job and how you handled it.
short and straightforward, utilized time efficiently and there were multiple people as part of the interview process. arrival and check in was also efficient; friendly reception and not a long wait
phone screen with a recruiter who had no cell service and I couldn't understand a word she said but was somehow moved forward to two separate on-site interviews where I met with a bunch of people back to back.

Entretien
1 in person interview with HR and the process is they pick 2-3 people from the first round to get a second interview with department heads. They are very nice and very professional. I got a second interview.
