multiple interviews at multiple locations on multiple days, some were in person, some were on phone, very poor follow up, never heard from anyone at the company, only found out from a rumor

Made it through 6 rounds of interviews with total of 7 people over 2+ month period. Recruiter, hiring manager, peers were all great to meet with, and then advanced to three final individual leadership interviews which seemed disorganized. It’s frustrating to receive positive feedback, invest so much time, and advance through the process, only to be rejected in the end. The entire process needs an overhaul—the scheduling was inefficient, the timeline was excessively long, and the overall candidate experience was poor.
