Behavioral based interviews. A panel of potential coworkers will ask questions that require an actual scenario you encountered and how you handled it. Not hypothetical like “what would you do if you had a disagreement with a coworker?” More like “tell me about a time when you had a disagreement with a coworker. How did you handle it? What was the result?” Very effective in seeing how you handle conflict and your work ethic. Another popular one is “tell me about a time where you went above and beyond to fill a customer’s need.”
