The interview process was quick and easy. Once I set up my initial interview with the recruiter I then met with one of the managers for Nova that does the hiring. After a zoom meeting with her, I got an offer letter the same day.

Asked about my degree and previous working and internship experiences. Also explained some of what the job entailed. Explained what the company does and the different types of jobs that the company has within the clinic.

The recruiter who reached out to me made the interview process easy. In addition, Nova was accommodating to my many questions, helping me prepare for this position. The first interview described the position over the phone, and the second was over a video call.
