They asked about a dozen questions, some about cleaning, some about the specific site type and how that might affect my decisions while cleaning. There are keywords they look for because it is the public sector and the idea is to remove bias and discrimination. They might want to hear 'prioritisation' and 'to prevent cross-contamination' and then how well-dressed you or whatever comes second to scoring on these questions. They asked 'behavioural' questions as in "what would you do if...." but, with a lot of the questions, you can prepare for by reading the Job Description and Specifications.
