Great manager at the time. Easy going, we stepped outside for the interview. They didn't have an office. Great at small talk. Asked personal questions to get to know me. Overall easy interview and will be recommended to anyone.
Phone interview to start asking about general skills and why my skills aligned to a fast-paced, customer-centric position. I then came in for an in-person interview and was hired on the spot.
My interviewer wanted to hear about any previous job experience, such as cashier roles or host roles. You could talk about volunteering as well, any experience you had. They asked standard background questions like if you were in school, what you were studying.
